Ready for a Life Coach?

More and more people are discovering the benefits of a coaching relationship. With the support of an attentive, intuitive listener who asks the right questions, they experience significant personal growth and professional success. The fact that you’ve read this far suggests that you’re interested in the possibility of hiring a coach. Now, how do you choose the right one?

There are a variety of coaching styles and of course every coach has particular values, beliefs and backgrounds. I’d like to share a bit about my approach to help you decide if it might fit your needs.

I believe that each of us has the capacity to change and that doing so is much easier in partnership with someone who’s committed to helping us move forward.

Sue is non judgmental and approaches me with kindness, a sense of humour, and a real willingness to challenge. This is a great combination, which allows me to be open and to trust myself.    ~ Angela

I believe that we all know, at some level, what is best for us, what our “true calling” is what makes our hearts sing. I also believe that emotional blocks can cloud that knowledge, making it difficult to have a clear vision of what we want and how to get it.

I am committed to helping my clients clarify who they want to be, what they want to do and have, and how to achieve their dreams. I offer them a nonjudgmental, compassionate environment in which to explore their goals.

I am not the person to tell you what you ought to be, do or feel. Nobody knows that but you. I can help you discover the answers in yourself and help you to listen to that wise little voice you sometimes hear in your own head!

I believe there is much about the human heart and mind we have yet to understand. We’re learning all the time about tools that may help us uncover our true desires and live the lives of our choosing. One of the most effective is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It combines verbal affirmations and “tapping” on acupressure points to achieve freedom from whatever beliefs or emotions are getting in our way! I’ve been delighted to discover how much my clients benefit from this form of Energy Therapy, and I invite you to learn more about it at www.emofree.com.

EFT is amazing. One session can be equal to ten years of therapy if you are ready and willing to let go, and serious about moving forward.   ~ Tila

A Combined Approach

Because I value each person’s uniqueness and the contributions of many great teachers in the field of human development, my approach is flexible and inclusive. Some people prefer a “conversational” style of coaching while others prefer to work at an “energetic” level. Many clients benefit from a combined approach.

I believe we have to meet our spiritual and physical needs in order to live the kind of lives that most of us want. Conversation, reflection, “energy” work and strategic planning are all valuable coaching techniques. Part of my job is to offer every tool at my disposal, to the degree that best suits each individual at any given time!

It is my objective to gently but resolutely challange my clients to make the changes they wish to make.
