To help you decide if I’m the right coach for you, I’d like you to know a little bit about me, my life experiences and my goals.

History
The best parts of my life have always included helping people to meet their potential. In my twenties, I was busy raising five beautiful children. In my thirties, I worked as a Children’s Program Director, Special Needs Provider and freelance
writer (I prided myself on my multi-tasking in those days!). In my early forties, I returned to school to become a Personal Fitness Trainer, a career I enjoyed for seven years. All of these experiences—along with home-schooling my children, single parenting, re-marriage and now grand-parenting—have shaped my life and informed my work.

Coaching
There is nothing I would rather be doing professionally than what I am doing right now. I’m so grateful to have discovered my “true calling” in coaching.

Since beginning my career as a Life Coach, I’ve made it a priority to continually enrich my own education, adding tools to my practice whenever I believe they would help my clients.

I was introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique in 2006 when I consulted an energy therapist about my allergies. With a profound awareness of the scope of EFT, I decided to become a practitioner and in July 2007, received the Advanced Certificate of Completion in EFT.

Sue has a very calming effect on me with her gentle approach. She draws from her own life experiences and doesn’t shy away from sharing those experiences when it is appropriate.   ~ Sandy
